True story - when I was in my last summer in high school I was an intern at our local town newspaper. There was this guy who is a local character because he is always walking around town with a cow even though he isn't a farmer. He also thinks that aliens talk to him and stuff. Anyway, he got taken to court for something and on court day we had to go cover it. He ended up getting kicked out of court because he brought his cow into the court and tried to call her as a character witness.

The paper staff talked about that for the rest of the summer.
