I can vouche for that, your support is EXCELLENT, I never have to wait longer than a few hours for a response...my issue is with the "broken english"...sorry for using that term, it is just the only way I can describe it
I am going to be jumping back into it later this week, I will be sure and ask all my questions through support, we will see how it goes this time
btw, are you all going to be adding support for more movies soon? flash? ipod?
