If you have a new monitor then go for an LCD monitoro as it wont fuck your eyes up at all. I noticed my eye sight stayed the same when i started using LCD monitors unlike the years of damage the CRT screen has done to me.

Hmm, I thought LCD was worse on your eyes than CRT, I must be wrong about that....anyway, I've got a real nice one already, viewsonic G810 21" ; It's the last monitor I ever wanna buy...this fucker was $963 when I bought it, now you can get them for half that price...chaps my ass
