Practically every chick you see nowadays in North America has a tramp stamp (personally, I hate girls getting 'stamps' just becasue it's sooooo common) - so I don't think you can learn much from it.
Same, though to a lesser degree, from having a tongue ring.
If this was ten years ago, then you could definitely think either she's a rocker/punk chick or been around, or maybe hung out in biker bars. Not today though
