sucks tho, i've been a big milk drinker nearly all my life, then outta no where, few months ago while takin a lot of protien, hurts my stomach like a bitch to drink it. i'm hoping its not a lactose intolerance, but it probably is. but im wondering if taking too much protien could hurt that, i was averaging 200 g's a day which to my knowledge isn't "too much". o well. i've lost weight now that i can't drink milk, gotta find a replacement. lactaid won't work either. :\
