Yep...
Make sure the 728x90 is NO BIGGER than maybe 80k tops.. around 50k would be nice.. idiot designers end up making them 200k... morons.
200x300 and 300x200
200x300 and 150x200 are really great if you have a "model" type site so that you make at least one of each of those sizes for each of your girls (or just the most popular ones).
