E-gold problem

If there's anyone from e-gold on this board, please read this:
I get the follow error while trying to access my account:

The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (81.12.176.xxx) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues.
I sent em an email and stuff but they seem too stopid to solve this:
here's a part of their answer:

This actually means Go Fuck yourself, we can't help you and we don't have time to solve such problems.

1.I don't use a proxy.It's my IP assigned by my new ISP [ vodafone ]
2.I have firewall + antivirus [ zone alarm security suite ] and I don't have malware installed on my PC.
3.I had no problems with e-gold before moving to my new ISP. [ another IP range ]
The problem is I can;t do a shit even if i talk with mi ISP cuz he can;t do anything to change my IP or something like that...
The only way this problem can be solved is to have my IP [ or ip range ] removed from egold banned list...
The problem is there is no one who can understand this and they send me shitty answers... any suggestion to tolve this ? And, PLEASE, if there's anyone from e-gold who's not a stupid just reply in this thread and help.
