Unless you plan on shooting a bunch of your own stuff, I think the AVS route is the best bet.
There just isn't enough content out there to support a paysite (at least not a good one that'll update frequently)
Plus videos would be even harder to find and none of the feeds I've seen come close to supporting this sort of niche.
