Shouldn't even be a question here. Stop being wishy washy. You made a conscious decision to ban his ass obviously based on his repeated past fuckups and board spamming, so why the fuck should he be de-banned now? What, just because a few people have some sort of faggot man love for him? How many times will he be given another chance to think it over and change the things that KEEPS getting him banned over and over? I think 12 or 13 or 14 or however many it is now chances, are more than enough. It's actually pretty sad that someone is so fucking hooked on a messageboard that he's keeps crawling back after being told so many times to go away. Take a hint for fucks sake. Unless you accidentally banned him 14 times, I say leave his ass banned, and if he comes back again, ban him again. And again. And again. And again.
