I've seen a few out there, but none of the will strip video from hosted galleries or webpages like tubcgi. The other all rely on users uploading video and I've seen prices from $385 to $1,500. Tubecgi cost $49.95 and you can try every single last function of it and build a site and run it for 10 days before you even have to pay.
Plus after you pay 10 times as much you don't even have content.
You can preload tubecgi with 2000 videos and build a site in less than 1 hour.
You can strip 10,000 video from hosted galleries in about 4 hours.
I tried to find some sites to compare prices but got nothing but parked or blank pages.
