Thanks for the quick reply.



That was a pretty scathing post to post before contacting support.



Looking at what you have written there are some pretty glaring issues?



#1 Our tracking is based on a pixel that YOU place on a page YOU consider to be a conversion, often advertisers place that on to many pages and get extra conversions.



#2 Adding a security code OFTEN decreases the number of signups, especially if it isn?t tested properly. I have run into CAPCHA?s that I cannot get past. Please look into the CAPTCHA in more details.



#3 Use some more substantial data than ?less signups? Do you have analytics in place to see what IP?s they originate from, how long are people on your site etc?



This is in no way enough date to issue a refund, and please contact me directly in the future before posting something like this on the boards!
