It looks like the same thing happened in my situation. The guy she sold content to and had pay me was supposed to get the content mailed to him. He told me that he had contacted her a few times and she had promised more than once to ship it out asap and give him a tracking number. He says it never happened. Since I wasn't involved in the transaction (other than being the unknowing payee) I can't say for sure what happened, but it looks like the same deal and I've seen a few other threads saying the same things. This is why I feel (along with some others) that there is something more to her not paying me than just bank errors.
