Yes, to be honest AND THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION no one sue me over this:
I think XXXJay was trying to avoid a lawsuit of his own from CyberAge-Dave. I got the impression CyberAge-Dave was about to sue him or there was talk like that going on.
I think he just wanted me to take the poem down to do damage control for himself too and save me from some wrath as well.
