The police screwed up that investigation so badly, how could a high profile defense not argue it?
Remember detective van atter? He gets a sample of OJ's blood, and OJ's shoes, and it's kinda late so he puts them in the trunk of his car and goes home for the night!!! He doesnt check them into evidence until the next day lol!!!!
And remember the evidence room time clock? They testify how many times so and so went in and out, yet the time clock shows otherwise.
Remember criminalist dennis fung? He testifies how many bags and possieboxes of evidence he's removed from OJ's house. Then the defence see's a local newsbroadcast with him carrying out more than he remembers! Totally trashed him on the stand.
Lets not forget mark furman, taking the 5th amendment, lol.
Good god, that thing was so botched from day 1, yet we all know who did it. Very sad for the police is what that case was.
