4) will it decline the value of our exclusive content ? -yes a litlle, but you'll make $$$ form it. and remember since its a liscesning aggreeement its still YOUR content.
5) won't you bitch about that your members can find the original website and brand producing the stuff via search engines if they like it? - not really b/c it only adds value to the website they are currently a member iof and mebers that have stayed and fell confortable will continue to stay there. Also DONT WATERMARK or upsale even thrhu URL's or you will steal members from your clients and you will kill your own streamming business off.

And price should be based on a flucuating scale depending on BW used. Its best to start with an approximation of membership base and if you know how good your srream is you should be able to determime apporximate amount of BW should be used per/mo. If you way off, re-negotiate, but gennerallly try to nail it the first time and dont charge for monthly overages b/c BW will difffer slightly depending on the month.
Also, its kinda of tricky, you have to trust your clietns word on approx membership base. If hes way off and BS'ing you, you'll know it very quickly b/c of BW used. But usually their pretty good about that kinda of stuff.
And it makes billing WAY easier and theies no back and fourth bantering about stats (which is never good for bussiness relationships).
