I would really appreciate if you will share some experience in working with E-Bullion.
Maybe somebody has some useful phone numbers in addition to the ones published on their web-site or at least the address where we can go for some negotiations.
Our current major issue is the following ? for about three weeks we?ve been waiting for the transfer of a
sum around $50,000. Almost for three weeks we?ve been trying to get some information from E-Bullion support center. All our requests regarding SWIFT payment reports have been rejected with some explanations that they do not provide such kind of reports. In addition to this we?ve been trying to obtain the direct contacts of Bank Wire Department as an attempt of accelerating the process, but again this request has been either ignored or their
policy does not assume such an option.
In general this is our second transaction from E-Bullion account, at the same time ? our first transaction has been cleanly committed and a sum of $20K has reached the bank account in just 3 days. Our second payment with the size of $50K is still pending, our account is still waiting for this sum and for now there is no scenario to handle this situation.
I will be really grateful for the case when you
will provide some ideas about this uneasy situation, any comments and suggestions are welcome.
