I think they best way is to pay them upfront for the modeling then as long as they keep active and do the camshow and forum thing pay them either a salary or a % of profits.

i have a girl i'm talking to now - somebody has filled her head with information about this business and she told me she will only do a solo paysite for 50% of the GROSS revenues - hahahaha - i told her whoever she's talking to doesn't know what he's talking about. I will pay this girl by % if that's what she wants. If a site nets 10K a month i have no problem with her getting 3-3.5K of it as long as she is doing her part.

I'm thinking of most of the top solo girl sites - seems like most of them are being paid by %.
