Just shoot enough content up front to launch and sustain a year's worth of updates. Then bring her back to shoot even more and do live shows or whatever else you need to make the site successful and pay her outright. I would never pay any model a percentage of my business. It's way to complicated to figure out, especially if you do other things with the footage. Would you want to start having your records audited and explaining your business decisions to a model?
