Best to do is shoot a shitload of content upfront, atleast over a years worth. And dont trust her is she says she dedicated and will shoot forever. Most models (especially the 18yr old ones) are unstable, change their minds, and have no clue what theyre doing. If you are really nice and she is interactive on the site (webcam, journal, etc) you can pay her a percentage as well. But Ive seen with this is they get automatic money and stop doing their work and think they willl stil get paid. So it may be best to pay her by shoots etc and then a small % (if you want to go that route) and make it clear that it will go away if she stops being interactive. And thats where you backup content comes handy.
