Well, I wouldn't expect you to know this being as you don't have a passport and have probably never been out of North America (Just a guess here), but where I lived in Costa Rica was more or less the Hollywood of Latin America. Condos sold for 300K+.
Now I'm back in Vancouver, where as you know, you couldn't afford a house
