Uhh, no. Such a clause is not standard. It's like buying an ad in New York Times, and after they ran the ad and send you the bill, you send the bill back to them and write in big red letters on it: "FUCK YOU, DROP DEAD, IM NOT PAYING CAUSE I DIDN'T MAKE A PROFIT!"
This is EXACTLY what these scumbags from ClickThruCash and MayorsMoney (MM is behind CTC) are doing. They think that they're very clever and that noone would catch on.
