In other countries with universal healthcare, you can pay for additional care. You'll still get the same medical treatment, of course, but you might get a private room in the hospital, that kind of stuff.
Anything apart from that, though, would be quite fucked up. Imagine two kids with cancer, one getting worse medical treatment than the other because his parents don't have enough money to pay for the best quality. A sickening thought
