It's to ensure that each banner gets sufficient exposure time. I wasn't
supposed to spill the beans....but pretending I didn't know to all my GFY'ers
I couldn't live with any longer......
I do ask myself though if that's the real reason or just the excuse for the
Microsoft IIS server that runs GFY can't go any faster.......
You all can decide for yourselfs which of these is the real reason. Spilling
the big secret and exposing a lie would get me banned from here.....
