Good promo idea...use the wiki article and talk about how this girl is *just a bit Emo...her fav book, etc. Tie it in and get creative. There are a few pages of the book available online someplace and it makes a good read.

Um, yes movie names can be copyrighted. When remakes are done permission is usually bought to do so. Since the name used is not the same though im sure you have nothing to worry about.
