So basically, as long as I move it every 3 days, I'm within the rules. (Which I have been doing.) I just need to change the physical parking space so that my neighbors can SEE that it is being moved.

That's what people in NYC have been doing for years - moving their cars from one side of the street to the other every day
You can't park boats, RVs, trailers, etc on your property in my subdivision ever. They have a free place to park them though on a first come first served basis - but no cars are allowed - just boats, RVs and trailers. Then we have a full facility campground on site but it's $10 a day and only for property owners (more people own land here than actually have a house built). If you want to drive it to GA, you can have my spot
