False flag scare tactic.
Nothing good at all coming out of Iraq recently. The worse being the White House's dumbass remark that it's hot in Baghdad, so the Iraqi government needs to take a month off.
What a way to get all of this out of the news and herd the sheep than to plant a rocket launcher in a flight path.
