Justsexxx, that is a TERRIFIC question! The answer is that it is not the same, but you make a good observation. Every registrar is different on the privacy "lingo" that they use, but each will say something along the lines of (yourdomainname)@(theregistraryouuse). So FOR EXAMPLE, using GFY.com as the domain name, and Moniker as the registrar your PRIVACY email would look like [email protected], and any emails would be filtered through our system (ie. complaints, criticisms, etc). Privacy varies in price from registrar to registrar, but both Jrzeygirl and I make sure to give our clients the lowest rate possible on the privacy service!
