I disagree with your statements about rebills, too....because that's MY experience, but the truth is exactly as you stated-there is no ONE way to formulate a business plan.
I dunno; seems to me that it's not fair to expect CGC to try an alternative method unless those opposing are also willing to try an alternative method.
