There's no precedent for suing someone for info on Wikipedia. There was once a prominent political consultant whose wikipedia bio said that he was involved with the assasination of both Kennedys.
He called the owner of wikipedia and asked that those things be removed, the owner of wikipedia told him to "remove it yourself" and hung up. (source: The Long Tail, by Chris Anderson, paraphrased by me)
