I quit a few years ago after smoking for about 10 years.
Some advice from what I went through.
STICK WITH IT, it's really only bad for about the first 3-5 days. After that the cravings are pretty much gone. Just stay active during that time to take your mind off it. Try not to get shit hammered drunk with in the next few months though, that can bring the urges back.
