We have spend much more time and money(which we still not receive from Nick) than anybody else(exept Nick i think). Integrators, who made the projects, which was solden by Nick, do not received money for their work yet.

I think we paid enough for Nicks faults, and we also want to offset losses somehow.
Is it fair? How do YOU johannes, think?
I think you should sell the source code at a fair price, that way you can cover some of Nick's debt and offer a solution to the clients at the same time.

I'm sure a lot of people using AWW prefer to buy the source code over switching their whole database (which is a lot of trouble) and pay for a new script at $3000-$4000 or even more.

BTW fair price doesn't mean cheap price. It must be expensive enough to make you happy. Also, the clients that would pay for the source code would only use it for themselves, so you can sell at least 10+ copies. You can easily get over $20,000 if you do it right.
