if you had contacted them back via email you might have still gotten approved afte explaining the situation , but you kinda jumped the gun in calling them out as they were forced to call you out for your mistake..

totally agreed - in all three paragraphs --- yes, #3 too ... i was
so baffled and pissed that i didnt get a clue what they were talking
about and that made me go ape
... ah well, shit happens
