I'll add this too. I'm not an Epic fan or anything. I could really careless what they do on the boards. I'm just a fan of making money. Choosing to promote or not promote a sponsor based on their actions on a board usually only hurts yourself.
Do you want to buy a smaller house one day and tell your wife it's because someone was mean on a internet message board a few years back? Tell your kid they won't have as much for college because you put your foot down on a board troll 15 years ago? Sure you'll feel better in the short run, can puff your chest out and smile to your colleagues. But if a company makes you more money then another, why would you give two shits what they do on a message board? I guess I just put my own well being and that of my family ahead of message boards. In the grand scheme of things, my bank account doesn't give a shit what p1mpdogg says.
And this goes for both sides of the fence. There are the nice companies who will kiss your ass all day long. If they can't make you money, who gives a shit? The only thing that matters in the end is how much money you make. How well you can support your family and yourself. The rest is just message board bullshit that you won't give a shit about in 3 months.
