well if 10k is peanuts to you, then spend 5k sending 2 vans of tooled up guys around to his house and get your money back.
Im assuming that anyone who is successful enough in business for 10k to be peanuts is not stupid enough to lend money to someone without even knowing their address? Or at least their trading address?
