Im looking for someone to make a series of short, animated cartoons. Looking for a single character and will need to be roughly (the shitter the better) lip synced to a recorded script.
These will be like, 15-20 seconds long each. I need a unique, cute character created, and then each clip will just need syncing to that script.
This is for a semi-mainstream project. Don't mind outsourcing, need to do this on a bit of a budget at first to see how it goes.
Also asking around a few other places.
Feel free to hit me up, I've tried Flash but it just pissed me off so I thought fuck it, not worth the head ache
