Yes, that it what I am saying. I do not restore cars. I'll gladly sell to the person who sees the classic vette they could have if they "restore" it.
I also want to note that, if what you are saying is TRUE . . .
everyone in the world would spend $7,000 on a domain name they currently own to establish it and then sell the site for $150,000.00. SO, maybe what you say isn't quite how it goes in the real world.
