Well, thanks for the offer . . . but that isn't really what I do. I am hoping that someone who does operate or develop sites recognizes the good deal *************** would be for them.
Also,
if what you say is TRUE, why wouldn't a person (who does operate and develop sites) buy the domain name for $143,000.00 and then invest the $7,000.00 and then have an asset worth $150,000 plus the income generated by the site?
Couldn't they rake in the income from the pay site for a while and then sell the developed site for at least $150,000.00?
