To the others I buy and sell regularly on another board and that's the way we do it. BIN is simply a term for "cash in hand" on the buyer's part. IE: "BIN is at 375." WE know that it's always open to the highest offer. My bad for the confusion. I've sold sites on here since 03 and everyone is always happy to do biz with me as I'm straight up.
