Not necessarily.
I read a study recently that said thin people who don't exercise are likely to have alot of fat tissue around their organs, as opposed to fat people who have the fat in their stomachs and asses.
I would also guess that the average NFL lineman is in much better shape than the average skinny office worker.
I'm not saying that fat is healthy of course, I'm just saying that blanket statements like yours aren't necessarily true.
