Pfft! You are harmed more by driving with your car windows open. Do I think you have the right to have smoke-free entertainment? Youbet! But not every freakin' freestanding building, and the surrounding walkways.
Not to worry though .. sooner or later .. something you do, will be labeled a determent to society .. then you'll be the leper, out in rain - standing next to an idling SUV.
