Yes I saw that the FCC and the FTC are both are trying to wash their hands of the issue. That tends to lean in the direction that big money politics are at it again and winning over favor on the issue.
The other part that adds a foul oder to the air, is that the appointed govt official in charge of the whole thing. A Bush appointee (go figure) is an ex- telco lobbyist. (no conflicts of interest there eh?)
So this is just one more place, that greedy corporate Mongols have infiltrated our govt's great wall, to rape and pillage the people of this country.
