VR I checked the whois prior to even making this thread, so I knew who's sites they were, hence the reason I posted it here. As I said I have no issues about guys that do a little black hat or what ever as long as it's within reason and not infecting surfers with Trojans.
I think it's pretty safe to say that using that many domains with all the exact same content on them, each targeting the exact same keywords is most defiantly spamming and the redirect to the sponsor page is blackhat.
It's quite simple really.. As I posted before, we are all in this to make a buck, I'm not going to try to report a guy that's doing a little black hat or this or that just because he's the competition. I figure to each his own and my sites will likely be in the serps much longer than the guy whom is cheating the system.
So when you are uploading the exact same site to 50 domains in an attempt to spam google with your listings.. Well you might want to remember, the other guys are trying to make a buck too and they might not take your spamming kindly.
If you get 5 pages of listings for the same search results using different content, then more power to yea man. However anytime I see useless spam like that it's going to get reported.
Remember, a lot of us make money from search engines. Spammed results cause bad user experiences and can tend to cause those users to not trust the listings anymore. IMO reporting useless spam is protecting my investment in time and money spent doing it on the up and up.
