WebcamCash has niche sites for tranny and gay (and more) with very customizable live banners/iframes.

PussyCash offers specific tools for niche traffic and lord knows their flagship Imlive site converts, and pays, well.

Webcams.com also has great tools, by niche, and recently upped their revshare percentage.

AWE does not have a tranny site (they've combined it with their gay site) but they also have very good, customizable tools for niches.

For an early Sat. morning that's all my brain will allow ...
