People have lost everything that had insurance that had a deductible and had a major illness paid tens of thousands to cover their side of the cost til it took everything they had.Most bankruptcy's in this country are because of medical bills.
The people that get most screwed arent the uninsured its the insured.

But lets face it they still got their meds. They can always choose.
Yes sometimes you have to choose meds over food. But when it gets bad enough welfare will step in.
Sucks you can very possibly lose all your life's savings. But you can take measures like hide your money overseas so you can claim welfare.
