This is very saddening. This link has counted signups in the past, too, so I know it's not the link!
Has anyone else had this problem? I've been poking their help people, but they seem to be idle.

I don't know if they count well or not...but .. my question is: you had deleted the cookies before to sign up with your reff. code?!
About the free sign up program i had tested and the same problem, you right...but about the PPS program it must to work.
