I had the lapband 15 months ago. Down from 315 to 202. I was at a standstill at 240ish til I started living at the gym. My metabolism is too good right now, I can literally eat a bucket of KFC skin and not gain. As per muscle, I stopped doing all cardio and started doing heavy weights, because I am melting away and I don't want to look weak. Those efforts have stopped the weight loss and I know I am gaining a few pounds every other day. And this is with some heavy protein drinks and around 9 small meals a day.
Now if a girl is 15 lbs overweight I am disgusted, whereas last year I would have fucked her fat rolls. Be careful what you wish for......
