Yep, this offer is good only to new affiliates.
Regarding the payout structure, regular PPS is $35 for console links and $30 for non-console ones. The pay rate for console links will be increased to $40 PPS upon achieving 150 sales per period and to $42 PPS when you achieve 350 sales per period. As for non-console links it's a case by case basis and it epends on a webmaster, traffic and etc. The final decision is to be taken by our managers.
