CJ = circle jerk ( links that run u around in a circles with very little or no goods ! )
TGP = thumbnail gallery post ( a adult graphic hyperlink leading to a gallery )
Now since you know the difference between the two you should also know that many adult webmaster expect traffic trades using CJ methods...
I would suggest just buying traffic rather then trading for such,
