This thread made me hungry, here's an example of a good lunch for a 276 pound man (or a 155 lb. man for that matter)
Extra-Lean ground turkey meat seasoned with low sodium taco seasoning with some red kidney beans and quinoia, a rice-like South American seed that is high in iron and related to the spinach plant, plus a few chunks of watermelon, washed down by some zero calorie green iced tea. Yummy, healthy and stomach filling!
