Whoever gave you that diet should lose their medical license if they are a doctor as they are putting your health at risk (again). It is into malnutrition territory. If you made that diet up yourself you might want to reconsider. Most people vastly underestimate their caloric intake if they don't use precise tools like the software on FitDay.com to figure it more exactingly.
I'm glad you feel good Eros, despite having every reason not too but like Eman says above, if you are really eating that little, that is way too low, and you are starving yourself. And what you are eating is not a good diet. A mixture of lean meats, vegetables and some limited whole grains and solid fruits, plus water or 0 calorie teas 4-5 times per day would be your best bet. And the timing of how you eat during the day matters as well.
